Edamame Salad

INGREDIENTS:
  • Edamame (frozen, shelled cooked according to bag)
  • Grape tomatoes cut in halves
  • Purple onion, diced
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Equal parts Jalapeño White Balsamic and EVOO or equal parts Cilantro & Roasted Onion oil and Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Eat as salad or a dip with pita chips or tortilla chips.
