BBQ Salmon

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pound salmon, cut into equal parts
PREPARATION:
Pre-heat grill. In a shallow baking pan, mix ingredients, then add salmon and turn over to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove salmon and discard marinade. Sear 1 minute on each side. Move to cooler spot on grill for 5-10 minute.
